Services include:
- Review of your current management against industry or national best
practice standards for areas such as management of environmental impacts
of forest operations, or plant or animal pest control. Providing an
external independent review, identifying areas for improvement and providing
confidence in the current state of your management.
- Assisting you to develop processes for internal audit of your management
operations. Including development of the internal standards you will
audit forestry or pest control operations against.
- Assessment of your management against external standards. This can
assist you in identifying how you are placed in relation to external
environmental standards you may be working towards.
Projects
Recent and current projects include:
- Review of possum control operations for a local authority.
- Preparation of an operational audit tool for assessing possum control
operations.
- Past involvement in numerous Forest Stewardship Council certification
assessments of plantation forests.
